Airstreams Near the Parks
Elon Musk has a new “palace.”

Not a mansion.

An Airstream trailer parked near xAI’s massive Memphis expansion.

But Musk putting Airstream back in the headlines reminded us of another move the iconic American brand made years ago.

Airstream actually invested in AutoCamp.
Airstreams Near the Parks
AutoCamp took those silver trailers and turned them into hotel-grade stays near destinations like Yosemite, Zion and Joshua Tree.

Today, the company says it has 8 properties, 1M+ guests and $150M+ in lifetime lodging revenue — plus a major distribution partnership with Hilton.

And unlike booking a weekend in one of its Airstream suites, there’s now another way to participate in the business.

AutoCamp is currently offering shares to everyday investors at $9.10/share…an opportunity to get in early as AutoCamp expands across a $732B market.

The company’s plan from here is much bigger than eight properties…150+ potential locations already mapped.

Hurry up before price changes.

Deadline to invest: Thursday, October 29.

Musk Lives in an Airstream. Airstream Backed AutoCamp
Elon Musk said on the All-In podcast on 14 September that he was living in his new “palace,” an Airstream trailer parked steps from xAI’s Colossus data center in Memphis. The world’s richest man, then worth $917 billion on Bloomberg’s index, moved in to oversee the site’s expansion.
AutoCamp built a hotel business out of the same silver trailers. It opened in 2013 with six refurbished Airstreams near Santa Barbara, added a larger site in Sonoma wine country in 2016, and in December 2018 signed with Thor Industries, Airstream’s parent, to become the exclusive developer of Airstream hotels. A month later it raised $115 million in a round led by the real-estate investor Whitman Peterson and planned 80 trailers for a site near the entrance to Yosemite. Airstream put its own capital into the company at the end of that year. The trailers are heated for winter stays, and Bloomberg reported that Yosemite rooms could reach almost $500 a night in peak season. “We want to build an authentic American outdoor experience,” chief executive Neil Dipaola said at the time.
AutoCamp's road so far
The hotel group that sells AutoCamp’s rooms had a good quarter. Hilton said on Tuesday that revenue per available room across its system rose 5.8% from a year earlier, and it now counts 270 million members in Hilton Honors, the program through which every AutoCamp site can be booked. Hilton expects revenue per room to grow 4% to 4.5% this year and plans to return about $3.5 billion to shareholders. Its pipeline holds 543,100 rooms in 3,869 hotels.
Foreign visitors pay more to reach those sites. Since January, people who live outside the United States pay a $100 surcharge at 11 national parks, Yosemite and Zion among them. The Interior Department projected more than $90 million a year from it and collected about $22.5 million in the first half. The parks still draw the crowd. AutoCamp is selling shares at $9.10 through tomorrow.
How a Crowdfunding Offer Works
AutoCamp is raising money under Regulation Crowdfunding, which since May 2016 has let companies sell securities to the general public online. A company can raise up to $5 million in 12 months this way; the SEC lifted the cap from $1 million in March 2021. Investors with income and net worth both of at least $124,000 can put in up to 10% of the larger figure each year across all such offers. Everyone else can invest the greater of $2,500 or 5% of the larger figure. Accredited investors have no cap.
Regulation Crowdfunding in numbers
Companies raised $378.3 million this way in 2025, KingsCrowd counts, and 801 of 1,189 closed offers reached their targets. The average check was $1,716, the average successful raise drew 285 investors, and nine companies hit the $5 million cap. The rules are public. AutoCamp is offering shares at $9.10. The offer closes tomorrow, 29 October. The offer and the offering circular are at the top of this letter.
Pipeline Partnerships Have Not Cut a Payout Since 2021
Master limited partnerships own pipelines, storage terminals and processing plants and charge fees on the volume that moves through them. The Alerian MLP ETF, which holds the biggest of them, returned 16.8% in the first nine months of 2026 and 19.6% over the past year. Its index yielded 6.7% in early August, and the payouts across the index grew 9.8% in 2025, its manager ALPS Advisors says.
The payouts have held. No holding in the fund has cut its regular distribution since July 2021, and holdings worth about 88% of the fund raised them within the past year. Enterprise Products Partners raised its quarterly payout 1.8% to 56 cents a unit in the second quarter, and MPLX expects to grow its own by 12.5% a year in 2026 and 2027. Sunoco raised its payout for the seventh quarter in a row, and Cheniere targets about 10% annual growth through the end of the decade. Most pipeline fees depend on how much oil and gas moves through the pipe rather than on the price of a barrel. The biggest positions are Sunoco, MPLX, Plains All American, Western Midstream, Energy Transfer and Enterprise, each about 12% of the fund.
Pipeline partnerships keep paying
Robert Kiyosaki calls these payouts “stimulus-style” and lists 14 income assets behind them. The partnerships reportedly distributed $48.5 billion in 2025. The link is below.

Partnership Payouts
A few Americans are collecting regular cash distributions that have nothing to do with taxes, Social Security, or a government program.

The money comes from [these partnerships] that reportedly distributed $48.5 billion in 2025.

No government application.

No waiting on Washington.

Curious how Robert Kiyosaki says these “stimulus-style” payments work?

Fed Docket OP-1670 Created FedNow
Docket OP-1670 is the Federal Reserve notice of August 2019 that announced FedNow, a service that lets banks and credit unions settle payments within seconds, any hour of any day. FedNow opened in July 2023. In the third quarter of this year it settled 6.38 million payments worth $370.9 billion, up from 2.51 million worth $307.3 billion a year earlier. Average daily volume rose to 54,921 payments in the second quarter from 30,317 in the first.
The docket is public. Martin Weiss reads the program differently. His video, with four steps to protect cash, is below.
