Green Coffee at $1.15
Green Coffee at $1.15
A $1,000 stake in Starbucks at its 1992 IPO is worth over $400,000 today.

That is a 40,000% return.

Enough to fund a retirement. Buy a second house. Cover a decade of not caring what the market did that morning.

Wall Street almost missed it.

Starbucks priced at $17 a share in June 1992. Split-adjusted, that is about $0.27. The IPO was oversubscribed, but nothing about the pitch screamed 40,000%. Starbucks was a Seattle chain with 165 stores. The biggest coffee brand in America was still Folgers.

The investors who bought at $0.27 did not need to be geniuses.

They needed to be early.

A new coffee empire is being built in the same window right now.

Different country. Different model. Same window.

Green Coffee Company owns 45 coffee farms in Colombia. 10 million trees. 10,000+ acres. Vertically integrated from tree to shelf. Own the farm, own the mill, own the distribution.

They hold the exclusive US and Canadian grocery rights to Juan Valdez, Colombia's most iconic coffee brand and a 75-year heritage name. Ten-year commercial agreement, locked in.

The products are on the shelf at Target, Walgreens, Harris Teeter, and 3,000+ North American stores across 21 states.

Revenue grew from $1M in 2021 to $26M in 2025.

The company is still private. Reserved NASDAQ ticker. Reg A+ qualified. Open to all investors, no accreditation required.

Individual investors can buy in at $1.15, per interest.

Minimum $1,001. Up to 20% bonus shares.

P.S. Starbucks was a 1992 story. This one is still pre-IPO.

Starbucks Grew US Sales 7.7% and Expects Cheaper Coffee
Starbucks reported on Thursday that comparable sales at its US stores rose 7.7% in the quarter to 27 September, ahead of the 6.5% or more it had guided to in July. Customers spent 5.2% more per visit and came in 2.4% more often. Outside North America comparable sales rose 0.9%, as visits fell 2.8%. Revenue slipped 4% to $9.1 billion because Starbucks no longer books most of its China sales, and adjusted earnings rose 54% to 80 cents a share. “‘Back to Starbucks’ started as our turnaround plan. Now, it’s our growth plan,” chief executive Brian Niccol said.
Starbucks' fourth quarter
For fiscal 2027 Starbucks expects adjusted earnings of $3.15 to $3.25 a share and about 1,200 net new stores, on top of the 41,607 it had in September. For the full fiscal year just ended, revenue rose 2% to $37.9 billion and adjusted earnings rose 28% to $2.72 a share. Chief financial officer Cathy Smith said coffee prices had “no impact” by the fourth quarter, and the revenue forecast assumes “modest coffee deflation.” Arabica futures traded near $2.88 a pound on Friday, down from $3.04 when we last wrote about coffee on 22 October and about 26% below a year ago. Colombia’s growers produced 12.65 million bags in the coffee year to September, 15% fewer than a year earlier, while Brazil shipped 43.2% more in October through the 22nd, the exporters group Cecafé says.

Starbucks sold shares to the public on 26 June 1992 at $17 and closed its first day at $21.50. Six stock splits later, each share pays $2.52 a year in dividends, about nine times the split-adjusted offer price of 27 cents.

SpaceX Has Talked to EchoStar About Boost Mobile
SpaceX has held talks with EchoStar in recent months about buying its Boost Mobile wireless service or using its network, the Washington Post reported, and Reuters relayed the report on Monday. Boost leases its network from AT&T and T-Mobile. SpaceX wants a hybrid of satellites and ground towers under the Starlink Mobile name to compete with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Neither company commented.

The two already have a deal. In September 2025 SpaceX agreed to buy wireless spectrum licenses from EchoStar for about $17 billion in cash and SpaceX stock, and it added more spectrum two months later. Starlink had 13.6 million consumer subscribers on 30 September, and SpaceX’s connectivity business took in $5.2 billion in the third quarter, up 69%. Orbital Radar counted 9,929 active Starlink satellites on Sunday, a day after SpaceX launched 27 more from California.
Starlink's reach
Nearly 10,000 Starlink satellites are in orbit. Dylan Jovine says every one of them runs on a chip whose design one small public company owns, and that Musk pays it on every chip. He expects the stock to move by 8 December. The ticker is on the other side of the link below.

The Chip in Every Satellite
On January 30th, Elon quietly filed a document with the FCC.

It asks permission to launch 1,000,000 satellites.

Bloomberg confirmed it.

SpaceX has about 10,000 in orbit today. That took 20 years.

Now Elon wants 100 times more.

Not for internet.

For AI data centers in space.

SpaceX calls it "the largest actionable total addressable market in human history."

There's just one thing Elon can't build himself.

The chip that runs every satellite.

One small public company owns that design. Elon pays it on every chip.

1,000,000 satellites could mean a 100X bigger bill.

Dylan believes this stock takes off December 8th.

The Nasdaq Lost 5.2% in October
Technology stocks ended the month badly. The Nasdaq Composite fell 5.2% in October, and the Nasdaq-100 briefly entered a correction, a fall of 10% from its high. Alphabet dropped more than 12% on Thursday after a report that showed cash burn and disappointing revenue; it said AI is cutting into how it earns money from search. Amazon fell after missing estimates despite 39% growth at AWS, and Caterpillar sank 9% on Thursday after keeping its sales forecast despite strong demand for its data-center power equipment. The S&P 500 closed Friday at 7,580, down from 7,744 on Wednesday. “It’s not that the earnings were awful, it’s just that it wasn’t enough to support the market,” Barron’s Al Root said. Marta Norton of Empower pointed to “AI fears that seem to be persistent.”
A rough October for tech
Profits are still growing. About half of S&P 500 companies have reported, and third-quarter earnings are on pace to rise 31%, LSEG data show. Futures pointed about 0.4% higher early on Monday. Apple, up 28% this year, and Palantir report after the close today, and AMD and Qualcomm report later in the week.

Voters choose a new Congress tomorrow. Democrats are widely predicted to win the House, Reuters reports, while the Senate is harder to call; Republicans hold both chambers now.
Jeff Brown says SpaceX’s IPO filing describes a deal with a fast-growing AI startup that he expects to go public. Sales were about $2 billion a year ago and have jumped more than 20 times higher. He names it on the other side of the link below.

Musk’s Next IPO
Buried in 308 Pages of SpaceX's IPO Paperwork: The Name of Elon Musk's NEXT IPO (It Could Be Bigger Than SpaceX)

While everyone was distracted by the SpaceX IPO…

Elon Musk quietly started backing a NEW AI startup.

And he described the deal in SpaceX's own IPO filing.

Most people will never read it.

It's buried in 308 pages of dense legal and technical jargon that would put anyone to sleep.

But former tech executive Jeff Brown read every page.

And here's what he found…

It isn't rockets… satellites… or self-driving cars.

It's a startup that's growing faster than Tesla… faster than SpaceX… faster than any of Elon's ventures.

Sales were about $2 billion a year ago.

They've jumped more than 20 times higher since.

The CEO is projecting 8,000% growth this year.

And Bloomberg just confirmed it's moving toward "a blockbuster IPO."

Jeff believes it could go public by the end of this month.

Which is why, for the first time ever, he's revealing the name… completely free of charge.

Along with how to claim your stake BEFORE the masses get in on IPO day.

Starting with less than $50, right from your computer.

I can't put the name in an email.

It's on the page below, with the full story.

P.S. Jeff picked Bitcoin, Tesla and Nvidia before they exploded higher.

He's calling this the fastest tech moonshot he's ever seen.
